Amylase enzymes break down starches or carbohydrates and are found naturally
in the mouth saliva and the pancreatic and intestinal liquids.
Protease enzymes are used to break down proteins and are found in the
pancreatic and intestinal fluids.
Lipase aids in fat digestion.
