International Shipping

We offer Free Shipping ONLY to customers within the USA and CANADA. International customers have to pay the shipping fee - $29.99.

The shipping charge covers only shipping and does not include any additional costs such as duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, etc that will probably be assessed upon your receiving the product. We must include a valid Customs form and invoice with the exact product amount and description. We cannot write "gift" anywhere on the customs form. By making this purchase you agree to these terms.

We cannot be responsible for products caused by your Customs so please verify you can receive this product in your country before purchasing. If it is denied and returned to us by your Customs undamaged and unopened, we can refund the price of the product but not the shipping cost once received back. International First Class Mail has no tracking available, International Priorty Mail has limited tracking.

All international shipments are insured for loss or damage but due to occasional Customs delays, we cannot file a claim with insurance company until 60 days after shipment.

It typically takes 7-21 business days for a package to arrive to an international address, but sometimes Customs in your country will delay releasing the package which may add additional days.
